This 23-acre Victorian-style resort overlooks the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway. The Donald Ross-designed Belleview Biltmore golf course was renovated in 2001 at a cost of over $2.4 million. Greens and tees were rebuilt, a new irrigation system was installed and new cart path laid. Belleview Biltmore Golf Club is the closest championship golf course to Clearwater Beach.
