About
Countryway Golf Club is an executive golf course that is known for its extremely affordable rates. Situated in the heart of Westchase, it is considered one of the best values in Tampa Bay. The layout consists of eleven par-3 holes and seven par 4s. The golf course is challenging enough for more advanced golfers but it is still player-friendly enough for beginners to enjoy. The rolling terrain provides undulations in both the greens and fairways. The hills also make for some challenging putts. There is no shortage of water at Countryway Golf Club with hazards coming into play on 14 holes. There are also bunkers strategically placed throughout.

Nevada golfers to the sunshine state
Course was in good shape for the season and following a wet week. Pace of play was a little slow but not the courses fault (some people just don't care to try and keep pace). Price is the best in the area. Will return for another round of golf
I haven’t played this course in quite a few years because the play was way too slow and you had to wait between every hole. I also forgot that you had to wait to get a cart. I decided to give it another try and had the same experience. The course is in good condition, but it just takes way too long to play this executive course due to the wait time. I do not think I’ll be coming back.
Overbooked
Overbooked course. When you pull up to a tee off area and there are three groups already there waiting ,something is wrong. This certainly takes away from the experience. We like the course but this is expecting a lot from your customers.
Countryway GC was in good condition
It's a fun course to play, there were a lot of golfers of many levels of skill today, the pace of play was slow and at times there were 3 groups waiting to play from the tee boxes, this should be expected considering the 11 Par 3's. We still had an enjoyable round. 4 thumbs Up
So slow
Showed up to play. Tons of people waiting too tee off. No starter so everyone just walks up and hits.
Six carts on every hole. It took 4 1/2 hours to play. Sat at every hole for 10 to 15 minutes.
Terrible
Super slow and unprofessional . Staff sucks, pace of play terrible, we reserved 2:00 tee time and got paired with another 2 some group at 2;20. Im opening up my own golf course .
Great little course, superb value.
Countryway is one of my favorites. Course conditions overall are good. Green conditions are excellent. Always a backup on the third tee box. Usually evens out well after that.
Perfect Day!
The weather and the course conditions were great today! The pace of play was a bit slow due to demand and perfect weather. We LOVE this place though.
Play
Course somewhat overbooked. 2:45 teeoff meant we had to finish final few holes in dark. Shape of course pretty good. Good value for the price. Next time will try for an earlier tee time . Thank you Bob .
Never again!!
All I have to say is 4 1/2 hours to play what is basically a part three course is ridiculous!!!
