Diamond Hill Golf & Country Club in Dover, Florida stretches over rolling hills where there is no shortage of water. Dry greens are never a concern as water hazards come into play frequently throughout the golf course. The greens vary in speed from medium to fast and the fairways are lined with towering trees. In addition to the water, there are also numerous bunkers that are strategically placed throughout. The golf course has some challenging par 3s, especially if it is a windy day. With several holes playing over water and a few houses close to the golf course, well placed tee shots are essential to scoring well at Diamond Hill.

They are very over priced for the condition of the course. A couple of fairways are nothing but weeds and the greens are ok but slow. The only reason I played was it was convenient on ahrt notice.
They have let the service and conditions go...
Use to enjoy playing here. Now they over book the course and they are no longer keeping it in top condition. Fairways, tee boxes and greens are less than desirable. Show up for a 8:45am tee time and they are 15 minutes behind. Starter blames management for over booking. Only two people on course trying to support Operations. All with lame excuses. No marshall keeping pace of play. No cart service. Only one person in club house supporting F&B. She tried hard, but come on. They have let this place go at every touch point. Dirty carts, poor service, over booking, no F&B on course, course conditions worse than most public courses, no Managment oversight....just very lame excuses. I will pass on Diamonds Hills and move on to much better ran courses.

Waste of your time
Once again this course is always over booked, they don’t enforce a dress code. No ranger pace of play was very slow. The price to play here is ridiculous, if I didn’t get a hot deal I would not go there. Course was in crap shape. The staff doesn’t listen to any complaints or concerns of their guest.
Fun course to play
The course was in great shape considering all the rain they had. Some water but not a problem. Some elevated tee blocks and a few dogleg holes. Will play again

Really like the layout of the course. Course is in pretty decent shape.

Went last Friday, and had a tee time for 1:14 PM. Had a twosome and we were paired up with a single. I arrived about 45 min before my tee time, and I was not able to tee off until 15min after my tee time. Slowest 9 holes I have ever played. We didn't make the turn until 4:30. I only saw one foursome on the course. We waited about 5-10 minutes to tee off on every hole. Safe to say it got dark before we could finish. Course was in great shape, but if you can't finish a round of golf as a threesome teeing off at 1:30, the course is overbooking.
Overseed coming in nice!
Course is generally in good shape, greens are smooth, consistent and accept shots well.

Very fun layout!
Very fun and interesting layout. Some holes played very tough but good shots were still rewarded. Course conditions were good but not great. Greens rolled well. The restaurant area left something to be desired and the beer mugs were TINY. Very friendly staff. Will definitely be back!

Great Layout
Very challenging and a number of par 4’s where placement much more important than driving distance! A bit more attention required by grounds keeping on sand traps. Not the best kept
