About
Editor's Note: Course closed and redesigned as Cabot Citrus Farms.
In addition to two championship courses, World Woods Golf Club also offers the Short Course, a nine-hole course designed by Tom Fazio. The course has an executive-style layout that is perfect for beginners and more advanced golfers wanting to fine-tune their short game skills before playing the full-length courses. The layout consists of seven par-3's and two par-4's that combine elements of the two championship courses including undulating greens and strategically placed sand bunkers. If the three courses at World Woods aren't enough, they also offer a circular driving range that features eight separate teeing areas, including target greens, bunkers, and trees.

Not the same but still fun
I played the short course after my round on the Rolling Oaks and I must say it was very enjoyable. It has 7 par 3’s and 2 par 4’s. Now I will mention that the greens are significantly slower on this course than the other but the price is also much lower so I guess you get what you pay for. I payed $10 to play it as a replay from my round on the big course so if you get finished up and are still itching to play give this little course a run.
