About
Eaglebrooke, located in Lakeland -- halfway between Orlando and Tampa, is considered one of the premier golf courses in Florida. Its classic links-style design with over 100 feet of elevation change is unique in this part of the state. Natural lakes, abundant with wildlife, can come into play on eleven of the holes creating both spectacular scenery and challenging golf shots. To increase the challenge, there are six sets of tees on each hole. The "seniors" tees were customed designed for the course by architect Ron Garl. Garl requested Senior Golf Magazine to survey seniors for optimal playing preferences and then included these requests in the course design. The atmosphere is first class and the course features bag pick-up at your car. Eaglebrooke was the first course in the US to use Greg Norman's GN 1 grass, the fastest growing and greenest grass available.

Great course
Staff very friendly and informative. Just 2 playing in 3 1/2 hours. I played green, hubby played red so we could enjoy the course. Not disappointed. Will play it again.
Fun course - great day out.
A great lunch and then a super round of golf. Doubt we would ever pay the full rate - it’s a lot more expensive than 2 years ago.

It’s a little pricey, but probably the nicest public course in the area.
Great course with very unique holes
I went on a busy day at 2:30 and barely managed to get all 18 in before the sun went down. Lots of elevation changes and wide open fairways.

Great price for this time of the year and course was in good condition
Would not recommend
I do not have anything nice to stay about this course. The pace of play was extremely slow. The golfers in front of us were 5 players, 3 carts, and playing out of three bags. There were no bag handlers at check in. The staff in the pro shop were extremely grumpy. The greens and course in general were in poor shape. A staff member walked onto the green as I was hitting to the green to change the hole. An extremely horrible experience.
My favorite track in the area
The course is in very good condition the greens are in especially good shape and are fairly quick. The pace of play the day I played was very good, 4 hour round.
Definitely will play again.
The Club at Eaglebrooke
This golf facility is awaits up to par. No pun intended. It’s always in great shape, and honestly the price was not bad.
Great outing
First time playing here. I played on a Sunday and was paired with three other guys. We never waited on a tee box and didn’t have anyone breathing down our neck. I got a hot deal for $53 and I would definitely play here again at that price, course was in good condition and greens rolled very well.

I always enjoy this layout, a fair challenge. The course is in good shape with the greens rolling well and moderately quick.
Best Accessible Course In Lakeland
Perfect weather, good company, and although it was a holiday the pace of play was decent, 4 hr 20 min. round, not terrible if a tad slow. Course is in very good condition with fairly quick greens. Always enjoy playing Eagblebrooke..
